Once there is enough context, Keynex accepts or declines your Request.
PROPOSAL
Keynex prepares your proposal in Quotes with scope, deliverables, price, payment terms and supporting documents.
PROPOSAL AVAILABLE
When ready, your proposal becomes available in Quotes for review. You receive a notification.
YOUR DECISION
Review the proposal in Quotes and choose to accept or decline it.
AGREED PAYMENT TERMS
The terms in your accepted proposal determine when production, delivery and any remaining access can proceed.
QUESTIONS
If clarification is needed, answer the questions and your Request returns to review.

PROJECT STUDIO
Your accepted proposal is linked to a Project in Keynex Project Studio. Production begins when the agreed conditions allow.
PRODUCTION
Keynex builds the agreed product. Relevant progress, decisions and communication stay connected to the project.
DELIVERY
Once ready, the product is delivered and becomes available in Projects. Any remaining invoice follows the agreed terms.
INVOICES & PAYMENT
Invoices appear in Invoices whenever the agreed terms require them — before, during or after delivery. Payment status is updated once verified.
UNLOCK & COMPLETION
Once required payment conditions are satisfied, remaining access restrictions are removed and the delivery lifecycle can be completed.
